SoulCollage®

SoulCollage® is an engaging activity of self-exploration filled with surprise. Work, play and reflect with this intuitive creative process of profound self-discovery creating collaged cards, with each card referring to a part of your whole Self. Uncover, identify and accept all the parts that make up your personality, your talents, strengths, guides and your network of allies. Develop a greater understanding and appreciation that we are one person with many parts to embrace. Like we are all members in one community that function as a whole, your collection or deck of collaged cards is your unique and whole reflection, voice and vitality in the world - your soul - and can be used for personal or group guidance.

The process is easy! — we intuitively tear, cut and paste found images that “grab us” to create each card that subconsciously activates and celebrates an aspect of yourself that may have been dormant. This activates our inner voice and acknowledges parts of ourselves needing expression.

Recognize and honor the life of each aspect of you. See new connections that take you OUT of habitual familiar thinking, situation or illness, and INTO an integrated self that you can see right in front of you with collages you’ve made, each one honoring an aspect of yourself. It’s very rewarding, self-affirming and fun! SoulCollage is a mirror that reflects ALL of you.
